Red-winged Blackbird in the Grass

While working with some backyard birds on feeders for a company I work with I noticed these Red-winged Blackbirds coming in to feed on the seed that had fallen. Some occasionally went right to the feeders too, which I was surprised to see. In any case I thought I could get a different perspective of this typical marsh bird in the bright green grass with a corkscrew willow branches hanging behind it and an out of focus splash of yellow thanks to the Forsythia bush in the background. The overcast light was perfect for the black bird and lit him up perfectly as he searched for seed.
